To request or register a complaint using ‘Priority Support’, premium subscribers of ApnaComplex should log into the website and click on the ‘Priority Support’ icon which will pop on the right-hand side of the screen.

After filling the requested form, the complaint will have been successfully registered. Within two hours of registering, our team will get in touch with the customer. Our support team works between 9 AM-7 PM all seven days of the week and therefore one can expect quick and prompt service.

This feature has been added to ensure that the apartments managed by us function seamlessly throughout, and also, to be available for our premium customers at quick notice.
