Maintenance Staff Enhancements: Agency name and tagging for Helpdesk Operations

Directory of Maintenance Staff in ApnaComplex is used at multiple modules in ApnaComplex – with primary usage being in Attendance Tracking and Complaint Box modules. We have enhanced maintenance staff directory to now optionally capture Agency Name to which the staff belongs to. When the society has multiple agencies, this helps in tracking the attendance of the staff of a particular agency and process the payment to the agency much easier.

In addition, we also have added a new tag to indicate if a particular maintenance staff attends to complaints. For example, if the society has 10 landscaping staff working in the association, not all of them would probably need be receiving complaints and working on them. Some of them would just be doing regular preventive maintenance activities. You can now tag who will be part of helpdesk – this reduces the clutter in the complaint box when assigning tickets.
