WE ARE INTERESTED IN FORMING ASSOCIATION OF FLAT OWNERS AS PER PROVIONS UNDER UP APPARTMENTS ACT 2010,BUT THE ACT IS SILENT ABOUT ITS REGISTRATIO.WHAT I UNDERSTAND IS ,IT DOES NOT REQUIRE TO REGIISTERED EXCEPT THA THE BYE-LAWS OF THE ASSOCIATION HAST O BE SUBMITTED TO COMPETENT AUTHORITY-IN OUR CASE IT SHOULD BE THE GREATER NOIDA INDUSTRIAL DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY.THE BYE-LAWS AS LAID DOWN UNDER THE RULES DOES NOT PROVIDE FOR FILLING IN DETAILS OF OUR ASSOCIATION,STRUCTUREETC.ON THE OTHER SIDE THE ACT REQUIRE THE STANDARD/MODEL BYE LAWS TO BE ADOPTED.ANY GUIDANCE ?
