The Group Invite feature empowers residents to send digital gate passes to multiple guests in one go. Instead of manually entering details for each visitor, residents can create a single invite, list all attendees, and send all the invitations simultaneously. The gate pass will include crucial details like date, time, and address.

• Admin-controlled settings: Admins can enable the Group Invite feature via Settings.
• Efficient visitor record creation: Visitor records are automatically created for the selected number of visitors. You can check the data anytime to see who you invited. 
• Integrated Gatekeeper management: The group invites are displayed under the “Expected Visitor” tab on the Gatekeeper interface.

Step-by-Step Group Invite Creation:

Members can create a gate pass for a group by following these steps:

• Go to the ‘Gate’ module on the app and click on ‘Guest’ from the pop-up tab.
• You will see the ‘Invite Guest’ tab. Select ‘One-Time’ option.
• Add the date and time for the invite.
• Click on ‘Add Guest’ and then choose ‘Add Visitor Count’.
• Select a guest count ranging from 2 to 50.
